1. Phân bổ 10 phút
- 1 phút: đọc email + gạch chân nhiệm vụ (bao nhiêu câu hỏi / thông tin / yêu cầu / gợi ý).
- 7 phút: viết theo template, mỗi nhiệm vụ 1 đoạn ngắn có từ báo hiệu (First, Second, In addition).
- 2 phút: đếm lại nhiệm vụ đã làm đủ chưa, sửa chính tả, ngữ pháp.

Đề 1. From: Greenway Hotel – “Thank you for booking a room with us for June 3–5.” → Respond as a guest. Ask TWO questions and make ONE request.
Đề 2. From: Tom Baker, your manager – “We are planning a team-building trip next month. Please share your ideas.” → Give TWO suggestions and ask ONE question.
Đề 3. From: Online Bookstore – “Your order #4521 has been shipped.” → Respond as a customer. Describe ONE problem with the order and make TWO requests.
